EdAI is an educational App working through AI having an automatic evaluation checker with additional features for better learning. The automatic evaluation checker works with the same factors which an actual human being considers while evaluation.Natural Language Processing coupled with robust classification techniques, will check not only keywords but also the question specific things.

This Application provides a 24 hours doubt clearance along with practice examination which is pretty awesome as the evaluation of the examination is automatic which helps to provide greater efficiency and is time saving. The automatic evaluation tool checks the answer and also provides a brief explanation and suggestion needed. During doubt clearance,the application scans the answer given by the teacher and rechecks if their is any error done and makes it readable.Students will also get the freedom to write a bit freely by checking for the presence of keywords, synonyms, right word context and coverage of all concepts. Along with the studies, EdAI also provides an additional feature called ‘Psychological Centre’ for the students who are facing through mental stress and anxiety. Specially during the pandemic situation,many students are getting insecure,which makes it a demanding feature in this situation.

The basic requirements from the customer will be just to maintain the basic age limit 11–24 years old and follow the given instructions for courses they want to apply for, not violate the rules and regulations as addressed by the application.

WHAT KNOWLEDGE IT REQUIRES??

Research Field and software: EdAI requires deep knowledge and research on AI and ML using mainly python and C++ programming language. In order to get the basic knowledge about ‘Automatic Checker’, we will take help from the research centres in India.

Hardware: Hardware requirement will also be according to the use of AI that is why it is different than other applications.

Moreover,for the Psychological centre part,there will be a person responsible for that department but before a direct conversation with the person,there will be a pair of questions that the student has to answer in order to get to the root of the student facing issues in.That question form will be prepared by the management team.

HOW DOES EdAI WORK??

EdAI works in the following process:

EdAI first gives five options of selecting the choice the user wants.According to each choice,it starts its programming,for example we choose ‘Give Exam’option,it will open with the subject option of selection which subject you want to appear for.After the exam starts,as the student answers each question,it will keep marking the correct score.when the exam gets over,the Automatic Checker will take 2 min to evaluate and generate a score with suggestions and brief explanations.This application is fun to use as it also evaluates the subjective type of questions by evaluating one keyword and character at a time trying to match each answer to the modal ones.

The estimated budget for EdAI will be based on expenses expected from different type of departments and due to the application being supported by AI,the expenses increases.

Human Resources:Human intelligence is the most important part,for developing automatic checker,we need human ideas and implementations which will be the one of the major expenses.The amount of time it would take is given:

Moreover, designers of UI/UX require at least 120 hours to create a design for just one platform, can be iOS or Android. Flutter development requires only one designing which takes 120 hours.

Hardware and software requirement expenses: It would require software like good photo system,smart notebooks,etc along with hardware like computer,scanner,CPS etc which will be another major expenses,cloud computing and 100GB of data will b required which will cost around Rs 1472 per year.

Marketing and testing:Before appearing in market,this application has to go through stages of tests which will require around 10–15 days of different stage checking including the automatic scanner and the additional features like video lectures and psychological centre will take another few days extra.After the testing is done then it will be launched in the market but before an official launch,their will be advertisements and official announcement planned.Once the discussion about the application starts in the market and achieves a satisfied range of appreciation,it will be launched.

EdAI after launching in the market will take some days or months to settle and people to think of buying such a application for their kids.Once it starts attracting people on buying this application,this application will be sold at a discount of 30% to the first hundreds. EdAI will be working on monthly as well as yearly pay,so that if someone leaves at an odd time,we can refund them the money according to the months procedure.Moreover, EdAI will also take into account of those students who have more than 90% in class 10th and 12th Board Examinations.Those students will get an immediate 25% scholarship to their actual price that they had to pay.except that other rules regulations and payment procedure will be discussed on one on one discussions.

By early 2021,the basic framework as to how and when will each departments start working on the project.Also, the technical department must start with their ideas and coding needed.

By mid 2021,the Automatic checker plan must be done half way till it can check keywords,characters etc in case of objective as well as subjective.

By Early 2022,the planning and the implementation of the application along with in-build sensor should be ready to be merged,Also the psychological centre as an additional feature should not be underestimated and must be ready to go by starting of 2022.

By mid of 2022 , EdAI should be ready to be advertised and ready to be sold to customers,during this period of time, the technical department must keep an eye on the problems facing by the students using this application and fix the issues as soon as possible.
